Hi! We are offering our well-located and bright apartment for sublease from October 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025 (March 15 is the latest possible). This sublease is ideal for one person who is a non-smoker and has no pets.
The rent is 7800kr plus an additional 500kr, which covers all utilities including water, heating, electricity, WiFi, TV with Chromecast, and a free parking space.
For your convenience, local stores are within close proximity. Netto is right in front of our building, and Lidl is just a 5-minute walk away. IKEA Gentofte can be reached within a 10-minute bike ride. A 10-minute walk will take you to Rema 1000, Coop, SuperBrugsen, Sportmaster, various cafeterias, and the famous Ismageriet.
Transportation options are abundant. A 5-minute walk brings you to Vangede Station (B-Line), which offers direct trains to Copenhagen Station and Farum Station. There are also bus stops nearby with routes 192 (to Lyngby Station and Hellerup Station), 164 (to Ballerup Station), and 176. Additionally, the 6A bus from Søborg Hovedgade to Nørreport is only a 7-minute walk away. DTU is easily accessible by bike, bus to Lyngby Station, or by train via Buddinge Station.
You will have a private room in our apartment but full access to spaces, including a fully furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and balcony. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. We also have a well-maintained TV with Chromecast.
!!!NOTE: All photos were taken from the last time we subleased our apartment. Now, we have upgraded the dining table, TV table, and now offer a much more comfortable spring mattress and an IKEA Brimnes wardrobe. There is also an ongoing balcony extension project, so you will have the chance to enjoy a larger balcony during your stay.
