A 14 m² room is available for rent in Valby, in the new Fabrikshal neighborhood. The room is unfurnished with access to the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is DKK 6,000 per month, with an additional DKK 300 for water/electricity/wifi, plus a DKK 12,000 deposit. The rent for August will be reduced if you can move in as soon as possible.
Note: The rental period can potentially be extended.
You will be sharing the apartment with me, Tor, and my 14-year-old son Oscar, as well as our dog Buster. Oscar stays here every other week. We are friendly and sociable, but also value our alone time. We are looking for a tenant who fits well with this lifestyle. This room is available for a single tenant only.

• Has a steady income and/or receives SU (student grant)
• Calm and sociable
• Willing to participate in weekly cleaning
