Kastrup Metro Station is a 2 minutes walk away (by metro Kgs. Nytorv is only 12 min. away). The apartment is situated in a peaceful good neighbourhood and there is a big sunny yard/ garden you can use. Free access to the the almost new kitchen with dishwasher and nice bathroom plus the laundry situated in the yard.
You have a full time work or study full time outside home and you have tried to rent a room in an apartment before. Like me you are friendly and calm plus you know how to be considerate towards your neighbors. I get up early in the morning on weekdays, so it has to be so quiet that it is possible to sleep in the appartment from around 22 hours. :) Consumption of electricity, water is included in the rent.
I am a friendly and easy going man in my mid fourties who works as a forrester. I’m used to have a tenant in my appartment and it always works out fine :)
