**Room 4: This room will be available starting April 1st. It's a bright and generously sized corner room, covering an area of 31 square meters! The room boasts direct access to a spacious hallway and a communal area designed for dining and leisure activities. The monthly rent for this room is 8.700, which includes all utilities and services.
Rent is 1-2 months in advance depending on planned length of rent.
