My roommate is moving out on the 1st of May 2024, and I'm now looking for someone to share my apartment for 1 to 2 years. No couples, no pets, and no smoking, please. The room is roughly 13 sqm and is located at 2100 Østerbro Copenhagen.
The monthly rent is 5500kr, including everything. On the lakes, 5 min. to the metro, 5 min. to the city center.
To move in is one month's rent and one month's deposit of 11.000 kr.
